Welcome to ThaiIn3Days. By downloading, installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. License

ThaiIn3Days grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute or sublicense the app or any of its content (audio, illustrations, text).

2. Free and Premium content

The app offers three lessons for free as a sample: Greetings, BTS and Koh Samui Beach. The remaining lessons are unlocked by purchasing the optional Premium lifetime unlock through the App Store.

The Premium unlock is a one-time non-consumable purchase: once bought, it stays yours forever, on every Apple device using the same Apple ID, and is shareable with your Family Sharing group.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are set per region by Apple's standard pricing tiers and may vary by country and currency. The current price is displayed at the moment of purchase, before you confirm. All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We never see or store your payment details.

4. Refunds

All purchase, refund and billing inquiries are handled directly by Apple. To request a refund, please use Apple's official refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to issue refunds ourselves.

5. Restoring purchases

If you reinstall the app or change device, your Premium unlock can be restored at any time through the "Restore Purchases" button in the Settings tab. The restore uses your Apple ID and works whether you bought the unlock yourself or received it through Family Sharing.

6. User content (voice recordings)

The optional pronunciation practice feature lets you record your voice on your device. You retain full ownership of your recordings. They are stored locally on your device only and never uploaded to us or any third party. You can delete them at any time by removing the app or clearing its data.

7. Educational content disclaimer

ThaiIn3Days is an educational tool designed to help travelers learn practical Thai phrases. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranty that the translations or cultural notes are complete, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose (including professional or formal contexts). Use of the content is at your own risk.

8. Intellectual property

All content in the app — illustrations, audio recordings, written text, code and design — is the exclusive property of ThaiIn3Days and its creators, protected by international copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. Changes to the app and to these Terms

We may update the app, add or remove features, fix bugs or modify the content at any time. We may also update these Terms of Use occasionally. The latest version is always available at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThaiIn3Days and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
