Privacy Policy

ThaiIn3Days ("we", "our", "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our guiding principle is simple: we do not collect, store or share any personal data.

1. Data we do NOT collect

ThaiIn3Days does not collect any of the following:

• No name, email, phone number, address or account
• No analytics, no tracking, no third-party SDKs
• No advertising identifiers (no IDFA)
• No location data
• No contacts, photos, calendar, or other system data
• No usage statistics sent to any server

2. Data stored locally on your device

To provide the learning experience, the app stores the following data only on your device, never on our servers:

• Lesson progress: which lessons you have opened, your medals, the difficulty you set on each card, the words you have marked as memorized.
• Settings: your chosen interface language, audio preferences, and quiz options.
• Voice recordings: when you use the optional pronunciation practice feature, your voice is recorded and saved locally on your device only. These recordings never leave your device and are never uploaded anywhere.
• Premium status: a flag indicating whether you have purchased the lifetime unlock.

All this data is stored using Apple's standard local storage mechanisms (UserDefaults). It is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app.

3. Microphone access

The app requests access to the microphone for the optional voice practice feature. The recording is stored locally on your device only and is used solely to let you compare your pronunciation with the native audio. No audio is transmitted, uploaded, or shared. You can decline microphone access at any time in iOS Settings without losing any other functionality.

4. In-App Purchases

ThaiIn3Days offers a single optional non-consumable in-app purchase ("Premium lifetime unlock"). The transaction is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment information. Apple may share with us anonymous, aggregated sales data through App Store Connect, but no personal details.

The purchase can be restored on any of your devices using the same Apple ID through the "Restore Purchases" button in Settings. Family Sharing is supported.

5. Children's privacy

ThaiIn3Days is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no data whatsoever, the app fully complies with COPPA, GDPR-K and similar regulations protecting minors.

6. Third parties

The app does not embed any third-party analytics, advertising or tracking SDK. The only external service involved is the Apple App Store itself, for the optional in-app purchase.

7. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Since we do not collect any personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete on your behalf. All your data lives on your device only and is fully under your control. To erase everything, simply delete the app.

8. Changes to this policy

If we ever update this Privacy Policy, we will publish the new version at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will also be announced in the next app update.
