Frequently asked questions
How do I restore my Premium purchase on a new device?
Open the app, go to Settings (gear icon, top right), tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
I bought Premium but the lessons are still locked.
Tap Restore Purchases in the Settings tab. If that doesn't work, force-quit the app and reopen it. If the problem persists, please email us with your purchase receipt.
Can I share my Premium with my family?
Yes. The Premium unlock supports Apple Family Sharing. Once one family member buys it, the other members of the same Family Sharing group can use it for free on their own Apple ID.
Is there a free trial?
Yes โ three lessons are free forever without any account: Greetings, BTS, and Koh Samui Beach. They give you a complete preview of every feature: dialogues, audio, story recap, vocabulary, and quiz.
How do I change the interface language?
Go to Settings โ Language and pick your preferred language from the list of 20 supported languages.
Why does the app ask for microphone access?
The optional pronunciation practice feature lets you record yourself and compare with the native audio. The recording stays on your device and is never uploaded. You can refuse microphone access โ the rest of the app will work normally.
How do I refund my purchase?
All refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find ThaiIn3Days, and follow the refund flow.
