How do I restore my purchase?
Go to Settings → tap "Unlock Premium" → tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the page.

How do I change the language?
Go to Settings → Language → choose from 19 available languages. The entire app switches instantly.

I forgot my PIN. What do I do?
For security, there is no PIN recovery. If Face ID or Touch ID is enabled, you can use it to unlock. Otherwise, you'll need to reinstall the app, which will erase the vault contents.

Are my photos and videos encrypted?
Yes. Every file is encrypted with AES-256 the moment it enters the vault. Files are unreadable without your credentials.

Can I back up my vault?
Yes (Premium). Go to Settings → iCloud Backup. You can back up manually or enable auto daily backup. Backups are password-protected.

What happens if I delete a photo?
Deleted items go to Recently Deleted and stay there for 30 days. You can recover or permanently erase them at any time.

Is my data collected?
No. Celar does not collect any personal data. Everything stays on your device. Read our Privacy Policy.
