🔒 Your Privacy Matters

Total Time Meet is designed with privacy at its core. We believe your data belongs to you and only you.

No Data Collection

Total Time Meet does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All your preferences (timer presets, alarm sound selection, blink warning threshold) are stored locally on your device only using standard iOS storage.

Anonymous Usage Statistics (Optional)

The first time you open Total Time Meet, the app asks whether you agree to share anonymous usage statistics — how timers are started and finished, which screens are visited, where the purchase screen is opened. This helps us understand how the app is actually used so we can improve it.

Off by default. Nothing is sent until you tap Accept. You can change your mind at any time in Settings → Anonymous statistics; switching it off stops all sending immediately.

What is sent, if you accept: technical events (device model, iOS version, app language, and country derived from your IP address by the provider). Purchases are reported with their price and currency for revenue statistics.

What is never sent: anything that identifies you personally. No advertising identifier (IDFA) is used and the app never asks for tracking permission, because it does not track you across other apps or websites.

Provider: these statistics are processed by Google Firebase Analytics (and Firebase Crashlytics for anonymous crash reports), on Google's servers, under Google's privacy terms. Data is used only for aggregated statistics about Total Time Meet and is not shared with advertisers.

Third-Party Services

Total Time Meet contains no advertising SDKs and no cross-app tracking libraries. The external parties involved are Apple — for the in-app purchase (StoreKit) and the on-device voice alert — and Google Firebase, only if you opted in to anonymous usage statistics (see above).

In-App Purchases

Total Time Meet offers a one-time premium purchase processed securely through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. All transaction handling is managed by Apple.

Audio & Microphone

Total Time Meet uses the audio session to play alarm sounds through the speaker, even when the device is on silent mode. The app does not record audio or access the microphone for any purpose. No audio data is collected or transmitted.

Children's Privacy

Total Time Meet does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Anonymous usage statistics are optional and contain nothing that identifies a person.

If we ever update this privacy policy, changes will be reflected on this page with a new date below.
