By downloading or using Thai Reader ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs your use of the App.
The App is free to download and includes the full Thai alphabet at no cost. A single one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("Unlock everything") unlocks the Tones and Words sections, quizzes, and games. This purchase is a one-time payment — there is no subscription and no recurring charge. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
The App is provided for language-learning purposes. While we strive for accuracy in the Thai script, romanization, audio, and translations, we make no warranty that the content is free of errors. The App is not a substitute for formal instruction.
The App, its design, and its original content are owned by TMD and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App except as permitted by law.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TMD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
