1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing, or using Revealix · The Lost Lexicon ("the App", "Revealix"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. The App

Revealix is a casual word-puzzle game for iOS where you reveal a hidden target word by removing decoy letters. The App offers:

• 10 themed regions × 100 levels of campaign content
• Endless Zen mode and a daily challenge
• Themed word packs and seasonal events
• A 3-star scoring system, a no-hint streak, and a global score
• The Book of Unveiling — a 50-verse wisdom manuscript hidden across the campaign
• 5 boosters (Reveal, Scout, Skip, Reshuffle, First Letter)
• 4 user-interface languages: English, French, Spanish, German
• Optional Game Center leaderboards

3. In-App Purchases

The App is free to download. The first 50 levels of the campaign and the Zen / Daily / Animals pack are playable at no cost. Optional in-app purchases provide gem bundles you can spend on boosters and energy refills:

• All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms
• Prices are displayed in your local currency by the App Store at purchase time
• Gems are consumable virtual currency with no monetary value, no real-world value, and cannot be transferred, sold, or refunded for cash
• Refunds are at Apple's discretion under their refund policy
• The App contains no subscription and no advertising

4. Virtual currency and rewards

Revealix uses two virtual currencies:

• Ink — earned through gameplay (level completion, daily spin wheel, etc.). Ink cannot be purchased.
• Gems — premium currency, obtainable via in-app purchase or earned through milestones

Ink, Gems, and other in-app rewards (boosters, energy) are virtual items granted under a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use them inside the App. They have no monetary value, cannot be cashed out, and may be lost if you uninstall the App or reset your progress.

5. Anti-grind rule (replays)

To preserve a fair score economy, replaying a level you have already cleared earns no progression rewards (no score, no Ink, no streak update, no leaderboard submission). You can still replay any level for fun.

6. Intellectual property

All content in the App — including but not limited to the source code, illustrations, region artwork, character animations, music, sound effects, voice clips, fonts, the wisdom manuscript text, and the visual identity — is the exclusive property of TMD or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual-property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent any content from the App
• Use the App's content for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use modified clients to gain unfair advantage on leaderboards
• Reverse-engineer the IAP flow to obtain virtual currency without paying
• Interfere with the operation of the App or with other players' enjoyment
• Use the App in violation of any applicable law

8. Game Center leaderboards

If you opt into Game Center, your scores (best streak, total stars) are submitted to Apple's leaderboards along with your Game Center alias. We reserve the right to disqualify scores that are obviously the result of cheating or modified clients.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied — including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TMD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of progress, loss of virtual currency, or loss of leaderboard standing — arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

11. Changes to the App or these terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any of its features (including specific levels, packs, events, or virtual items) at any time, without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Use; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately. Sections 4, 6, 9, 10 survive termination.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of France, subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
