Overview

Manna is built to be quiet, personal and private. It is a place for reflection — not a place that watches you.

We designed Manna so that your reflections stay with you. The app collects no personal data, has no accounts, no advertising, and no third-party analytics or tracking of any kind. Everything you write and every card you keep lives on your own device.

Information We Collect

None. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. Manna has no sign-up, no login, and no user profiles.

Your activity in the app — the cards you read, your journal reflections, favorites, notes and settings — is created and stored only on your device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else.

Purchases

Manna offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock the full deck. All purchases are processed directly by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit.

We never see, receive, or store your payment details, card number, or Apple ID. Apple handles the transaction and manages any receipts or restores under Apple's own Privacy Policy.

Notifications

Manna can send optional local reminders (for example, a daily reflection nudge) if you choose to enable them. These are scheduled on your device by iOS — they are not sent from a server and involve no data leaving your phone.

You can turn notifications on or off at any time in the app, or in the iOS Settings app.

Data Storage & iCloud

All of your content is stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device database (SwiftData).

If you are signed into iCloud, your favorite cards and preferences may sync privately across your own Apple devices using Apple's iCloud key-value storage. This data stays within your personal iCloud account, governed by Apple's privacy policy — we have no access to it.

Deleting the app removes all of its locally stored data from your device.

Third Parties

None. Manna contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics services, and no third-party tracking libraries. The only external service involved is Apple itself, for in-app purchases and optional iCloud sync.

Children's Privacy

Manna does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. It contains no ads and no third-party content, and does not knowingly gather any data from children under 13.
