Camille in Vietnam ("the App") is an interactive bedtime storybook for children, developed by TMD ("we", "us", "our"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, especially children. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect any personal information. Specifically:

• No names, email addresses, or contact information
• No location data
• No device identifiers or advertising IDs
• No usage analytics or tracking
• No cookies or similar technologies
• No photos or camera access

3. Voice Recordings

The App allows users to record their own voice to narrate stories. These recordings are:

• Stored only on the user's device (in the app's local Documents folder)
• Optionally synced to the user's private iCloud account if iCloud is enabled
• Never sent to our servers or any third party
• Fully under the user's control and can be deleted at any time from within the App

4. iCloud Sync

If the user enables iCloud synchronization in the App settings:

• App preferences (language, audio settings) are synced via Apple's iCloud Key-Value Store
• Voice recordings are synced via Apple's iCloud Documents
• This data is stored in the user's private iCloud account, managed by Apple
• We have no access to any iCloud data
• iCloud sync can be disabled at any time in the App settings

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock the full adventure (episodes 2-20). All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

This App is designed for children aged 3 and older. We comply with:

• The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
• The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provisions for children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App contains no advertising, no social features, no external links accessible to children, and no data collection mechanisms.

7. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party service used is:

• Apple StoreKit for in-app purchases (managed entirely by Apple)
• Apple iCloud for optional data synchronization (managed entirely by Apple)

8. Data Retention

Since we do not collect any data, there is no data to retain. Local data (preferences, voice recordings) remains on the user's device and/or their private iCloud account until the user deletes it or removes the App.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
