1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Camille in Krabi ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

Camille in Krabi is an interactive bedtime storybook app for children aged 3 and older. The App features:

• 20 illustrated episodes set in Krabi, Thailand (Episode 1 free, Episodes 2-20 via in-app purchase)
• 112 hand-painted illustrations in a warm, hand-drawn anime watercolor style
• Voice narration in 9 languages (French, English, German, Thai, Spanish, Chinese, Italian, Portuguese, Vietnamese)
• Voice recording functionality for personalized narration
• A traditional Thai khlui flute lullaby as background music
• A poetic moral lesson in each episode
• Optional iCloud synchronization across devices

3. In-App Purchases

• The App is free to download and Episode 1 is fully playable at no cost
• A single one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("Full Adventure") unlocks Episodes 2-20 permanently
• All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms
• The purchase is non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy
• Family Sharing is supported: a single purchase can be shared with family members
• The App contains no subscriptions and no advertising

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to illustrations, text, narrations, music, and software code, is the property of TMD and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any content from the App
• Use the App's content for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

5. Voice Recordings

You retain ownership of any voice recordings you create using the App. These recordings are stored locally on your device and optionally in your private iCloud account. We do not access, collect, or use your recordings in any way.

6. User Conduct

The App is designed for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose as a children's bedtime storybook.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TMD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
